EXTRA INFORMATION
Being an inflatable rental company, our biggest concern is to inform the lessees of all there is to know about your rental in order to provide the best experience possible.
For all rentals, we require a $50 deposit to reserve your chosen inflatable. Once the deposit is received, your name will be placed on our schedule for drop off and pick up dates. Please make sure ALL waste is cleaned up and your drop off area is ready prior to your rental date. If Whoa Bro Rentals arrives at the location for drop off and your set up area needs to be cleaned, additional charges may be added to your rental.
Due to insurance and liability reasons, Whoa Bro will NOT rent to apartment complexes, parks, or rental properties.
To ensure the inflatable that you are looking to rent is available, please try to schedule your rental as early as possible. We appreciate your timeliness and will do what we can to work with last minute rentals.

What kind of surface can an inflatable be set up on?The inflatables can be set up on most surfaces as long as they are level. Grass is best, however, we can set up on concrete or asphalt with an advanced notice. Please make sure that there are no underground irrigation pipes, cable, or electrical lines where the inflatable is being set up prior to the set update because ALL inflatables will be staked at least 24 inches into the ground. Also, please make sure that any animal waste or debris is cleaned up prior to the set up time or there will be an additional cleaning fee added to your service.

Are your units safe?Yes! All of our units have underwent North Carolina State inflatable inspections. As long as the lessee practices responsible usage during the duration of the rental, our inflatables will provide all of the fun that you need!

Do you deliver and set up?Yes. Due to liability reasons, Whoa Bro Rentals, LLC is required to deliver and set up ALL rentals as well as pick them up after the rental time has concluded.
